Environmental Stress Screening chamber

Power Burn-in The test item will be powered "ON" continuously for 8 hours at +65°C. After completion of the "Power Burn-in" and recovery of the item to ambient conditions
Thermal Cycling Test The test item will be subjected to the temperature extremes of -20°C and +55°C for ten cycles(At an average rate of 5°C/min. and dwell time should be 90 minutes)
High TemperatureStorage cum Operation As per MIL – STD – 810D Operation at 55°C for one hour and storage at 70°C (Duration : 3 cycles)
Low Temperature Storage cum Operation As per MIL – STD – 810D Storage cum Operation:–20ºC to 27ºC, ±2ºC Duration : 24 hrs
Temperature-Step Portion of HALT Cold or Hot step stresses in 10 °C steps.Power cycling performed at minimum operating temperature +10 °C.
Thermal Shock Portion of HALT 5 thermal cycles with thermal change rates of 50 °C per minute.
Combined Temperature  of HALT Perform thermal cycles with thermal change rates of 50 °C. per minute. Increase in 20 % increments of the operating limit. Dwell times of 15 minutes.
